| 1. Explore the historical background of conducting. |

The course covers principles of ensemble direction and fundamental conducting technique. The tuition is provided in groups, and the class forms an ensemble for the students to conduct. The class can also be divided in smaller groups. CONTENT The course addresses the following aspects:
