The issues of management development in organizations, especially focus onmanagement development issues: the latest trends of research and practices inthe world. The primary objectives for this course:

1. to provide students with an overview of definition and situation ofmanagement development in organizations.

2. to provide opportunities for students to learn the:

-current research that is being done in the fields of managementdevelopment of organizations, and

-important issues and trends of management development

-the development of a research topic

-paper writing by critical review
