II. General Syllabus

Schedule

The objective of this course is to explore the human resource challenges and strategies in global contexts for international organizations.

Students enrolling in this course will conduct a research project related to human resources.

Through lectures, project discussions, and presentations, this course aims to

1. equip participants with the skills necessary to systematically study the challenges faced by organizations in human resources

2. gain a deeper understanding of the corresponding strategies used to address these challenges.

3. Conduct a research porject related to Human Resoruce Issues in various types of organizations. 

Instructional Approach

Formal lecture Formal lecture will be used to help students understand the relevant knowledge.
Group discussion Student will be assigned into groups for discussion.
Cooperative learning Students will share their feedback for classmates.
Case studies Students will conduct a research project related to human resources in organizations and explore strategies for the challenges they face.
