Instructional Approach
Methods Notes
Formal lecture Lectures will introduce students to the central topics of Compensation Management in the organization.
Group discussion Class discussion will cover issues, trends and controversies of pay, incentives and benefits.
Problem-based learning Students will apply subjects learned to a real-life company in a final project.
Cooperative learning Students, in groups, will conduct a final project to develop the compensation system for a case company.
