課程簡介 東南亞區域在大國戰略競爭的背景下扮演著舉足輕重的角色。因此，東南亞各國的政治與經濟也逐漸成為學界熱門討論的議題。本課程介紹東南亞區域的政經現況，共分成四個部分。第一部分透過歷史、政治、經濟三個面向的文獻去了解東南亞這個區域的多樣性。第二部分討論東南亞的區域主義，其中焦點放在東南亞國家協會（東協）之角色。第三部分介紹東南亞與主要國家之間的政經關係。第四部分圍繞東南亞各國在美中角力背景下所面臨的挑戰以及各國的具體回應。

　1-4 擁有東亞區域研究中，政治、社會與經濟的視野與思維能力。

Week 1    課程介紹

本課程為中文授課。第一週上課將介紹每週教學內容與進度、課堂報告與期末考試方式（將視選課人數多寡決定每週閱讀量及報告方式。部分參考專書有中文翻譯版本，故同學自行決定是否參閱英文版或中文版）。

第一部分：理解東南亞

主要從歷史、政治、經濟這三方面的文獻來理解東南亞之面貌。

期末考 40 % 題目與試卷將於考試當天寄送至同學的信箱，同學在指定時間作答完畢後將電子檔回傳給老師。抄襲者，總成績以不及格計算。
出席 20 % 本課程一學期共點名三次，第一次不到扣總成績1分，第2次不到扣2分，第三次不到扣3分。
報告 40 % 授課老師根據選課人數將修課同學分成若干小組，進行課堂口頭報告。報告形式包括2類： 1. 指定讀本報告：負責當週指定讀本（2篇）之小組要上台口頭報告（作PPT，挑重點內容報告即可），無需繳交紙本報告，每篇讀本報告時間控制在15分鐘左右，分別安排在課程第一和二小時進行。 2. 時事評析報告：同為負責當週報告的小組自行選擇一則與當週課程主題相關的新聞、事件等（可挑選東南亞個別國家之新聞事件），並且解釋事件的來龍去脈，發表心得並分析事件的影響。時事報告安排在課程第三小時進行，報告時間同樣控制在15分鐘左右。 *注意：負責每週報告的小組可自行決定組內分工。口頭報告成績將由2篇指定讀本報告以及時事報告分數平均計算。
