2. It is to help the graduate students get to realize the practical human resources education and development. Students who take the course are required to work at least for 240 hours in the workplace which meets the qualification of IHRD. Master:

Course Format

1. Taking or already finished an internship form HR practical field,

2. Accepting or already gotten the evaluation form by supervisor of the intern organisation,

3. Sharing with classmates and professors by students,

4. Accomplishing report and handing to the instructor.

 

Objectives

The course is to help the graduate students get to realize the practical human resources management and development. Students who take the course are required to have the internship, offered by organizations no matter profit, nonprofit, government or non- government, to work at least for 240 hours in the workplace which meets the qualification and internship policy of IHRD.

Students who get the internship will have to contact and consult with his or her mentoring professor/ instructor during the internship. He or she will also be directed by experienced professionals/ supervisors in the organisation where offers the internship to see the corroboration of theories and the practical.

Notice: 

1. Please pay attention to the latest epidemic announcements of the Central Epidemic Command Center and relevant information notices about the adjustment of this course.

2. If it is necessary to cooperate with the prevention of the spread of respiratory infections and to comply with the relevant regulations of the central government, online teaching will be carried out in conjunction.

Group discussion To discuss and share the regulation of internship processes and evaluation, including: intern hours, processing documents, experience sharing, and reports.
Lab/Studio To join and finish human resource related intern job to work at least for 240 hours in the workplace.
Case studies To finish an internship report and share that with faculty and classmates at seminar course.
Other: To earn an evaluation from the intern supervisor with average "agree" level recommendation.
