1. This course aims to study workforce development for technological professionals in international organizations. It is taught to get the further understanding of the cultivation, fundamental element, and strategies for the development of technological professionals in international organizations and to know how these factors influence organizations’ performance in global competition. Master:

This course aims to study workforce development for technological professionals in international organizations.

It is taught to get the further understanding of the cultivation, fundamental element, and strategies for the development of technological professionals in international organizations and to know how these factors influence organizations’ performance in global competition, especially focus on the issues of workforce development for technological professionals in international organizations: the latest practices and research trends in the field.

Notice: 

1. Please pay attention to the latest epidemic announcements of the Central Epidemic Command Center and relevant information notices about the adjustment of this course.

2. If it is necessary to cooperate with the prevention of the spread of respiratory infections and to comply with the relevant regulations of the central government, online teaching will be carried out in conjunction.
