課程簡介 自從1945年朝鮮半島脫離日本統治後，區分為民主政體的大韓民國（南韓）與極權獨裁政體的朝鮮民主主義人民共和國（北韓）。當前，韓國已經是G20和經濟合作發展組織（OECD）的成員，在全球經濟中扮演重要角色。北韓雖然窮困，為當前碩果僅存的封閉共產政權，但在成功發展核武後，在國際政治上屢屢製造話題。因此，本課程希望讓同學瞭解南北韓的政經發展歷程、政治體制、經濟發展、外交政策等議題，以及南北韓間關係的發展。
課程目標 對應系所核心能力
1.　使同學瞭解南北韓的政經發展歷程 學士:
　1-1 瞭解國際漢學與文化思想、區域政治與經濟的基礎內涵與深度素養。
2.　使同學瞭解當前南北韓的政治、經濟、外交等層面之發展 學士:
　1-4 擁有東亞區域研究中，政治、社會與經濟的視野與思維能力。
3.　使同學能從政治、經濟、社會、軍事、國際等不同領域來思考韓朝關係 學士:
　1-5 具備跨領域、跨文化的策略知識以及人文社會的科際整合能力。
4.　本課程需進行分組之報告，使同學具備基礎之研究能力 學士:
　2-1 具備獨立從事漢學文化與東亞文化思想，以及國際政治經濟之基礎研究能力。

教學方法
方式 說明
講述法 Lectures on various subject and issues will be given.
討論法 Depending on the final enrollment, students will make an individual or team presentation on specific topics and discussion will be followed with instructor’s comments.
問題解決教學 Students will learn how to analyze, explain and solve the problems by doing their own research and lectures.
合作學習 Students will understand how to reduce the discrepancies and differences between or among team members and to reach a conclusion by working together.
實地考察、參訪 Students will have a group assignment to understand Korea’s culture and tradition which influence the mindset of Korean politics, economy, and society.
媒體融入教學 Watching related movies or video clips.
專題研究 Students as a team will make a class presentation on s specific topic in Korea’s politics, economy, society, tradition and history, and foreign relations as well.
