課程簡介 This course aims at equipping students with the skills to use quantitative research methods that are adopted in educational research. The teaching contents include the data collection methods, survey research, experimental research, quasiexperimental research, design-based research, etc. Additionally, related research papers will be discussed to increase students’ understanding about the implementation of the introduced research methods in empirical studies.

講述法 To introduce the rationale of educational research and research designs
合作學習 To divide students in small groups of 4 or 5 and proceed small group discussions on the implementation of different research designs in empirical research
